Why do I need to verify before exchanging?
Noctra is a compliance-first desk. Verifying once and registering your sending wallets lets us screen for AML and sanctions up front, so later exchanges are fast and low-friction.
What is a Noctra ID?
A personal identifier issued to you after verification. You quote it (together with a registered sending wallet) when creating an exchange request.
Which wallets can I send from?
Only the wallet address(es) you registered during verification and which passed our pre-check. Sending from an unregistered wallet will pause the request.
How is the rate calculated?
Live market rate plus our service margin (2%). The estimate on this page is indicative; the desk confirms the locked rate when processing your request.
Do you handle fiat or hold my funds?
No. Noctra is crypto-to-crypto only. We never hold customer balances or private keys.
